Terms of service

These terms cover service from Backyard Boys Lawn Co., a DBA of Paws on Patrol LLC. By booking, you agree to them.

Prices

Online mowing prices are per visit and are based on your lot size in the Bexar County records. We confirm the price on the first visit. If your yard is very different from the record, we tell you before we change anything.

Scheduling

After you book, we text you to set your first visit. We text before we arrive. Weather can move a visit; we will let you know.

The Backyard Promise

Not happy with a cut? We come back and re-cut it free. Call or text 210-595-9546 and tell us what we missed.

Access and pets

Please keep gates unlocked on your service day or give us the code, and let us know about pets. If we cannot get into the yard, we will text you.

Billing

We invoice monthly for the visits we made. Invoices are available in your customer login.

Holiday lighting

A 50% deposit reserves your install date. We supply the lights, install them, maintain them through the season and take them down at the end of it.
